Alright, enough. Today’s last PM lesson was on team and diversity. We learnt about the elements of a successful team. It consists of good skills, knowledge, intimacy, attitude, coordination etc. I thought it was a rather good self-enhancing lesson. It allows all of us know what it takes to be a good leader, and how a team can only excel under. Like I said before, not only a team needs a good leader, it also needs proactive members, who are willing to share and contribute out.

Reflections:
I thought about my china friends several times today. I thought I wouldn’t really miss them, but as I think more, I started to get teary. I recalled several times when Zhen Na, Dong Xiang, and others hang out with us, and we really did have a lot of fun. Not only them, I'll probably miss all the pathway we always take to eat at the soup restaurant, or all the nearby restaurants.. ):
Well, this is the stretch that i'm talking about! Haha.
